Small print. Big difference.
It can be easy to overlook terms and conditions in the busy day-to-day running of a business. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has previously found that less than half of UK businesses know the rules on unfair terms well and on average, only review their terms every four years.

ITT is delighted to confirm Simon Altham, Managing Director of Hoseasons, as the first travel business leader to take part in dedicated session concerning diversity in the sector.
Simon, who has been ranked as one of the top 100 LGBT Senior Executives by the Financial Times, is the first industry leader to be announced for a dedicated Conference session that will look at diversity in the travel workplace. In recent years, increasing focus has been placed on companies to ensure they are inclusive and diverse – both internally for their own employees as well as in their marketing to the public. Companies from within the banking sector and legal profession have been battling it out to be crowned "top LGBT employer", and have achieved notable recognition as a result. But with no travel firm appearing in the 2017 annual Stonewall Equality Index again, the sector continues to seriously lag behind. Think your business doesn't need to change? Think again.
The Conference is open to ITT Members only and limited to 400 places to provide an exclusive meeting and social environment. Registration remains the same for the sixth year running, costing £585 for Members and £285 for companions.
