Chris Mottershead, the Chief of Product and Operations and Chief of the UK Source Market, Thomas Cook Group, was named the new President of ITT at last week’s ITT Conference in Croatia. Chris has 30 years' experience in the travel industry, having also worked for TUI, Travelzest, among others.

During Roger’s Executive career he drove transformational change in five high profile businesses:
Virgin Group working directly for Sir Richard Branson on new ideas and deals and then Commercial Director of Virgin’s media group with games, radio, publishing and media services businesses.
British Airways as General Manager World Sales & Distribution with a challenge to radically change distribution in the Airline Industry including tackling the £1.2billion costs of distribution and the launch of ba.com and electronic ticketing.
Prudential as Managing Director, Retail where he transformed the business model and culture of the £2billion business and its’ 7,000 staff.
BBC as Chief Executive BBC Ventures Group where he created 3 media services businesses from internal Public Service support functions with 4,500 staff and turned them into profitable commercial businesses which were ultimately sold realising £1billion of value.
SDI Media Group Inc, as President International, a global Film and Television services business backed by Warburg Pincus and successfully sold the business for 5 x the purchase price.
